How do I change or update my contact information?

Select "My Account" from the Partnership menu. Review the Account Detail on the screen. Click on the pencil icon to change your business name, address, phone, email, etc. Click "save" when finished.

 

How do I change or update the contacts for my business?
Select "My Account" from the Partnership menu. Review the contacts for your organization. Click on the pencil icon next to the contact names that need to be updated. SAVE your edits. To add a new contact, click "Add Contact" and enter complete information for the new contact. Click "save" when finished.

 

How do I change or update the listings for my business?
Select "My Account" from the Partnership menu. Select the "Listings" tab and review the listing that needs to be updated. SAVE your edits.

 

How do I change or update the amenities associated with my business?
Select "My Account" from the Partnership menu. Select the "Amenities" tab and click through the four sub-tabs (General, Accommodations, Venue, Meeting Facilities) to review the features and services currently displaying for your business. Click the "Edit Amenities" button within each sub-tab in order to change or update information. SAVE your edits.

 

How do I generate an effective listing?
Use words that will help visitors and local residents find you on a web search. If you have outdoor seating, specific cuisine or amazing amenities, make sure to mention them specifically in your text!

 

How many listings, images, and how much text do I get with my profile?

  • Associate Partners: One (1) listing with one (1) image and 180 characters on your listing.
    (180 characters = approximately 30 words.)
  • Marketing Partners: Two (2) listings with five (5) images and 240 characters on each listing.
    (240 characters= approximately 40 words.)
  • Signature and Hotel Partners: Three (3) listings with ten (10) images and 300 characters on each listing.
    (300 characters = approximately 50 words.)

 

How do I update an image for my listing?
Send logos, photos, and other images to our partnership team. High-resolution photos in a JPG format are appreciated.

There is a partnership level at a practical cost for every organization, from a discounted Associate Partnership for non-profit businesses to a custom-built Destination Champion package for large organizations.
